No percentage move for the 912 car. There’s no way he makes that turn. It looks like a total setup to dump the ‘Vette. Look at the 911 car corner setup from the start of the vid. He swings wide on entry relative to the ‘Vette’s line and very close to the red banner’d wall. Then he can early apex and miss the impending disaster. Porsche Team North America should be fucking ashamed for that.

I think it seems pretty honest. The Porsche moved up on the Corvette just a little - maybe it was accidental, perhaps the ‘Vette braked slightly harder than he expected. After that the Porsche had to hold his line or come face-to-face with the barrier, so he did and the ‘Vette suffered.
